RETURNS
Due to the nature of hand felted wool all sizes are approximate.Color and shade variations are characteristic of all our products and are in no way defects in the product. It is considered
to enhance the aesthetic appeal and the uniqueness of each product.
Variation in size will occur with each product as they are individually made by different women and the shrinkage of the wool during the felting process. Each piece is Unique!
Therefore we retain the right to not accept return requests if any of the above are stated as reason for returns. Only products we deem to be factory defects or damaged will qualify for returns.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. A detailed reason for return request is needed with images.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not South Africa, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
